Farewell Dr. Hari Sachs
With many mixed emotions, we announce that today, September 29, 2019, our beloved friend and colleague, Hari Sachs, MD, is retiring. Dr. Sachs joined Potomac Pediatrics as a part-time provider in 2002. At the same time, she was working full time at the FDA heading up a program to evaluate the safety of medications in children. Dr. Sachs has a very passionate following and during her time in our practice, she has cared for thousands of children and families. She has been a valued resource for information, guidance, compassion and academic knowledge for all of us. Dr. Sachs is moving to Florida to spend time with her husband and family. We wish her the best and miss her already.
