Potomac Pediatrics is the most amazing place I have ever worked. The staff, leadership team, and the physicians are incredible. They care so deeply about the growth and personal development in each and every single one of their employees. The communication is open, honest, and transparent. Very blessed to be here today!
Cons
Downsides? Like team-building activities every month, opportunities for growth, competitive salaries and a happy environment? If you consider those downsides then so be it! I can’t name one downside for this wonderful Practice

Keep up the transparency with your employees! The interview process is another great way to ensure that the employer-employee relationship will be a lasting one.

Pros
Extremely friendly coworkers with a very positive outlook. Definitely a teaching/mentoring atmosphere. Great place to get your feet wet with tons of support!
Cons
Very fast paced environment and if you operate at a slow pace, this may not be the place for you. If you are a go-getter, however, they will take the time and offer very supportive one-on-one training.
Advice to Management
Keep the working interviews!! Great way to see if it’s a good fit for both parties!
